PRINT DESIGN
& PRODUCTION
Each of the following projects required its own unique consideration for print design and file set-up for print production. With print design, setting up files that are "print-ready" is essential and need to include layers for any spot gloss, spot color, or die cuts, and any special instructions for the print vendor depending on the project. Once the files are received by a vendor, I always conduct either a digital or physical proof check and, depending on the project, a press check as well.
SCREEN PRINTING
New Student Orientation Staff T-shirt
Instead of using the commonly used plastisol, this screen printing method for a back graphic used discharge ink for a more breathable and comfortable feel.
CUSTOM FORMAT & DIE CUTS

A custom sized card with die cut holes allowed this design to incorporate an real tassel.
WINDOW & STICKER DECALS

A 5" x 7" sheet of removable decals designed for use on any surface, whether car or computer.

A spot gloss treatment was included in the printing process for all Watchfire catalogs to highlight and draw attention to their products.
